Treatments on fabrics to improve their characteristics

This technology allows to create water-repellent and oil-repellent fabrics, thanks to the application of chemical auxiliaries through high-precision nebulizers.

Water Repellent

This technology allows to create water-repellent and oil-repellent fabrics, thanks to the application of chemical auxiliaries through high-precision nebulizers.

The water-repellent spray technology plant reduces the consumption of chemicals and water compared to the traditional foulard methods, since it completely eliminates the flow of chemical waste associated with the necessary changes in traditional methods, when switching from one colour to another, thus avoiding any contamination.

Rameuse

Machinery necessary to heat fix the fabric before dyeing and to dry the fabric after dyeing or any other wet treatment.

Finishings:

  • To make the fabric softer
  • To add water repellent and oil repellent finishing
  • To add antistatic preparations
  • To add optical finishing

Sanfor

Sanforization is the compaction process that gives the fabric a controlled compressive shrinkage, in order to reduce the deformations from the previous stages of processing.

The fabric finished according to this procedure does not tend to change its size, even after several washings, with the result of obtaining articles of high dimensional stability, giving an improvement of the hand, making it smoother and softer.

Calender/ Thermoadhesive

  • Glossy effect: obtained from calenders equipped with two cylinders, the former elastic and the latter metallic, which can be heated. The peripheral speeds of the two cylinders can be different and the friction effect obtained gives the fabric brightness.
  • Bonding: this technology allows the bonding of fabrics through the application of thermal adhesive films.
  • Thermofixing: suitable for orthogonal polyester fabrics.
